  • We use Australia Post for all our Order Shipments Once an order has been shipped, if the Australia Post provides a tracking details, once we have posted the item, an email would be sent to your registered eBay Email address and also uploaded on your order on eBay would be sent to your registered eBay Email address and also uploaded on your order on eBay.

    If you’re not going to be home, you can request for your delivery to be left in a safe place at home. This is called a Safe Drop.     If you choose Safe Drop or ATL (Authority to Leave Option) Due to the absence of a signature, unfortunately, Australia Post and Laustralia is not liable if the parcel is lost under these two options
  • Parcel awaiting Collection For registered post parcel and some regular post parcels, in the event that they cannot delivery it to your address (e.g. No one to collect or sign for it), they will leave it at your nearest post office for collection. In these circumstances, please make sure that you collect the items within 10 days, otherwise the parcel would be returned to our warehouse and reshipment will incur extra charges.

    For registered parcel, a card would be left at your address and also an email would be sent with the tracking number along with tracking details uploaded to the respective eBay order information Please make sure you check it regularly if you know that you most probably would not be able to be present at time of delivery.

    Returned Parcels For Instances that the items are returned to us by our courier or Australia Post, in the event that it is of no fault of Laustralia (e.g. parcel was unclaimed, insufficient address details, incorrect address) then the customers will incur additional freight charges for reshipment of the orders, and a charge for return freight to our warehouse.

    Please check your emails regularly, if we do use registered post to your order, an email with the tracking number would be sent so that you can check your item on the location of it
  • If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

    1. Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Laustralia Return Authorisation Number.

    2. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for.

    3. When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.

    4. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to the Laustralia warehouse. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped freight on or receiver to pay will be rejected at goods inwards in our warehouse, leaving the courier responsible.

    5. Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.

    6. All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Laustralia will incur a 10% restocking Fee Dead on Arrival We will accept the return of products that are Dead on Arrival. Products which cease to operate within a 7 day period from the receipt of the goods are considered to be "Dead on Arrival" and will be replaced subject to inspection. Goods must be returned to Laustralia or the product manufacturer for inspection prior to replacement. Goods that appear to be damaged from misuse or maltreatment will be replaced subject to manufacturer inspection. Where Laustralia deems that the item has been maltreated, the purchaser shall pay to Laustralia a service fee of $15 which covers the cost associated with the return and liability associated with the return of the products to the manufacturer. Should an item be returned and that item be found to have no fault, the purchaser agrees to pay a service fee of $15 to Laustralia Before returning your items, please contact as via email at [email removed by eBay] so we know to expect the product and can organise a replacement if necessary. No package will be opened by our staff unless it has been arranged with a customer, via email, prior to us taking delivery.
