Parcel awaiting Collection For registered post parcel and some regular post parcels, in the event that they cannot delivery it to your address (e.g. No one to collect or sign for it), they will leave it at your nearest post office for collection. In these circumstances, please make sure that you collect the items within 10 days, otherwise the parcel would be returned to our warehouse and reshipment will incur extra charges.
For registered parcel, a card would be left at your address and also an email would be sent with the tracking number along with tracking details uploaded to the respective eBay order information Please make sure you check it regularly if you know that you most probably would not be able to be present at time of delivery.
Returned Parcels For Instances that the items are returned to us by our courier or Australia Post, in the event that it is of no fault of Laustralia (e.g. parcel was unclaimed, insufficient address details, incorrect address) then the customers will incur additional freight charges for reshipment of the orders, and a charge for return freight to our warehouse.
