If you would like Royal Mail Special Delivery it will be an Extra Charge Of £7.50, Just message us if you would like this add on after you have ordered 

The majority of orders are shipped with Royal Mail, although this is subject to change based on size/weight of each package. Delivery times are an estimate from the courier, and we cannot guarantee delivery time once we have dispatched the item.

Tracking / Proof of Postage information is sent to you after dispatch.

Next day delivery requests

We do not offer this service, we are unable to promise next day delivery due to times, couriers and limitations.

Device Testing

Devices are tested as thoroughly as the devices itself allows, Faulty devices may not be able to be FULLY tested and any questions regarding accounts, power or display should be asked BEFORE you buy/bid.

Our grading system is as follows:

A - Pristine, B - Slight Marks, C - Heavy Marks, D - Faulty.
