• Our standard shipping service is free.  Your order will be processed within 1 business day after your payment received.

• Delivery time may vary depending on carrier and the service, please refer to the tracking number provided in your purchased history.

• First Class Mail, transit time varies from 2-5 business days and sometimes more. You will not see the tracking progress unless the item is close to the destination or delivered. Please be patient with that.

• Upgrade shipping is always available. We will send you the quote.

• We only ship within the continental USA, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO BOX (for some items) and APO addresses or any other USA territory.

• We only ship to the confirmed Paypal address and approved by eBay. If you want to ship the item to different address than your Paypal address, please ad the shipping address to your authorized address. We an only ship to an authorized Paypal address. We do not accept email to change shipping address.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. Most of the items are shipped the day order is received. 
  So any cancelation has to be received before the Item is shipped, or we can not cancel it. Once the package is with USPS we have no control over it.

• We are not responsible for not deliverable addresses. If the package is late please talk to family members and the mailman before contacting us. We can only email USPS to locate the package and that will take time.

• We offer a 30 day return policy from checkout winning date.

• Please contact us for before returning any item.

• Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.

• To qualify for a refund, the product must be UNOPENED and UNUSED returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Return shipping fees are not refundable.

• Delivery cost will be charged for any exchanging items.

• Unfortunately we do not accept returns of such item: Health, Food and Beauty and OPENED Item.

• We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.

• If the package arrives and it shows visible damage as the carrier is delivering to you, please refuse the delivery so it will be returned to us and please contact us immediately.
