Nice pair antique wood house shutters with louvers. They are in a dirty chipped green on both sides. The louvers are adjustable on the bottom and stationary on the tops. The louvers do not function due to old paint build up.  The louvers are complete.  They show wear consistent with age, use and weather exposure.  Attached is incomplete hardware included as shown, may be removed for safer shipping. The hardware may have damage that can't be seen until removed.
