We carefully remove the back LED's from the TV and store carefully.

This part come with a 30 day warranty against breakdown only.

You get a complete set unless otherwise stated without any wires or metal casing.

This part is NOT some cheap copy but a genuine Manufacture part

ORDERS

Orders are processed the same day when ordered before 9 am and dispatched the next working day.

Any order after this will be processed the next day and dispatched.

We normally answer most emails within the same working day.

Messages on Saturday or Sunday are answered Monday morning.

We are not being rude, but don't reply to emails asking us to discount to a lower price.

RETURNS

If you fit our part and you still have the same symptoms or issue then the fault lies else where and not with our part supplied. This means the part has not fixed your fault, NOT the part supplied is defective or faulty.

We are happy to have parts back but in this case it is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost, you can open a return on eBay and select Changed My Mind and type in the reason for return. If items are returned for any other reason than this and we pay for the postage this will then be disputed with eBay and this cost removed from your refund plus an administration charge. 

Refunds will only be issued when items returned are in original unused condition with all original packaging as supplied within 30 days of purchase and we may deduct costs if this has not been followed or item has been used just for testing purposes.

IF A DIFFERENT PART IS RETURNED WE WILL ASK ONCE FOR THIS TO BE RETURNED BEFORE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN.

ANY PARTS DAMAGED BY POOR PACKAGING ON RETURN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

We can only deliver to the address on the sales record and not to another due to eBay rules, if you make a mistake please re-order under the correct address and ask us to cancel this order as soon as possible.
