Scuffs and Scratches: Minor scuffs and scratches from CGC do happen. If we are aware of any significant scratches or marks on the case we do our best to denote them in the description. If case condition is very important to you, please contact us and we will double check the case before sending.

Newton Rings: We adhere to CGC's policy regarding Newton rings, and do not accept returns on any book which has or has developed them in transit. We disclose if a book has Newton rings prior to shipping, but it is the buyer's responsibility to check the pictures provided. We will never purposely hide the fact a book has Newton Rings in our pictures if we are aware of them. If Newton Rings are a significant deterrent for you regarding the purchase of one of our comics, please contact us and we will double check the book before sending.

Grading: This book is CGC certified, and we respect the grade CGC has awarded the book. If you are the type of collector who feels your assessment of a CGC certified book is better than a CGC grader, I would strongly suggest not purchasing a book from us. A CGC certified 9.8 is a 9.8 whether you agree with the grade or not. We do not accept returns of CGC 9.8 graded books because you feel the grade should be lower.

We do not accept returns on any of the above categories (Scuffs and Scratches, Newton Rings, or Grade Disputes). If you would like to view the book in greater detail, hover your mouse over any of the provided photos to zoom. We have no problem canceling an order before sending the book out, and ultimately want you happy with your purchasing decision. We combine shipping on books purchased the same day only. Our shipping cost is calculated on priority shipping, materials, and fully insuring your comic for its value during transit.
