I am not an appraiser or an expert on anything, and I will describe everything to the best of my ability. Our items are culled from estates all over Texas, and even though we do not smoke, we cannot guarantee that these items come from smoke free homes. Return Policy
We give refunds for items that are materially or grossly different that described, but do not offer refunds for AS-IS items. We must be notified of the problem within 48 hours after item delivery, and the item must be returned in "as received" condition. To qualify for a refund, item must include original packaging, and buyer pays return shipping including tracking & insurance. Please note that we frequently "mark" our items prior to shipping, so please do not clean or wash the item prior to return as this will void our return policy.
