Delivery/Collection
Delivery items - Please allow up to a maximum of 3 working days for your item to be posted via the shipping service stated on your purchase invoice. Occasionally the tracking/service maybe upgraded if demeed required.
Once payment has been made we are unable to change the address the item is delivered to. If you purchase an item and the address is incorrect please contact us immediately for your order to be cancelled.
Collection items - Once payment has been made please contact us via messages to arrange a suitable time to collect. Due to limited space we ask that all items are to be collected within 10 days, after this time your order will be cancelled and relisted.
Buy It Now - Please use the "Request Total from Seller" from your shopping basket once all items you wish to purchase have been added.
If you have purchased multiple items and have not contacted us regarding combined postage we will assume any excess postage paid is a donation to the charity.
This item is listed for collection only, can you deliver?
If an item is listed as collection only, we are unable to arrange delivery for one or more reasons eg. the item is extremely fragile and we have no way to package it safely. It's too bulky, large and/or heavy.
