Intricately hand carved oak side table retailed by Hewetson, Milner and Thexton Ltd of Tottenham Court Road.

These tables were also retailed from LIberty’s of London around the same period, 1880-1890s. The retail label is still present on the underside.

This table is in completely untouched original condition and is in remarkably good order.

There’s a modernist feel to the proportions while the carvings have a such clear skill and adeptness to them.
