The notebook is pre owned and works.

It's not a real notebook, it only makes sounds and you cannot type.

When you press any key or the mouse. It rings a few times and then the voice says a few things:

"Hello, operator, can I help you?

Information, can I help you

There is some minor scratching in the front. I think it was from storage. 

There are two side drawers that open for small items.
It's a nice pretend play item for a toddler.
