Nice old vintage industrial ceiling light fixture with a silver-colored mercury shade. The manufacturer is Permaflector. The metal fitter is in a chipped silver finish with surface rust. The shade retaining screws do function to securely hold the shade in place. The shade has its original silver paint on the outside with minor chipping. Nice mercury mirrored interior, it shows substantial ghosting, stains but is in good condition. There may be a small flea size chip or two on the rim top. There is no socket or wire, you are buying with its original fitter. The socket mount is adjustable for different size sockets. Overall good condition.
