As stated I combine shipping. No matter how many lots you win, you only pay what it costs to ship. This literally means you pay what it costs to ship. That includes the USPS rate plus materials. When I say materials I mean the $0.09 - $0.19 bag and the $0.06 - $0.11 tissue paper. All items are shipped out cushioned, boxed and bubbled. Some times bubbled twice. Unless otherwise stated.
