LE MAUX parish of Lymas in Beaujolais (Limas, Rhône), adult son of Laurent DAMIRON granger in Anse (Rhône) and of the late Jeanne SAINT PAUL; and Marie JOUBERT, servant in the parish of Marsy, daughter of the late Claude JOUBERT winemaker in Liergues (Rhône) and of Claudine GIVIN, third wife of the said Laurent DAMIRON. We note, among other things, that the husband's father donated to his son "all his furniture, effects, agricultural tools and two carts". Act passed in Villefranche at the home of Mr. MARTOREY merchant, by MOSNIER royal notary, in the presence of Pierre DAMIRON living in the parish of Denué, of Thomas DUBOST of Marsy, and of Jean Baptiste BUTILLON of Limas.
