This fits all  EV and Plug in Hybrid Models that uses a J1772 plug.  

Tesla will require a J1772 adapter in order to work.

Nissan Leaf owners may require a J1772 adapter (if you don't have the port) in order to work.  

Charger was never used. It comes with carrying case. Please look at the pictures to see condition of the unit.
