Coarse 18-spline split shaft diameter: 6mm (15/64 inch), threaded bushing diameter and height: M8 and 6.5mm (1/4 inch).
Full brass made shaft and thread, better conductivity.
Audio taper and Linear taper, resistance: 250K, tolerance: 20%, usually used for single coil pickups, bleeds off some of the high frequencies to ground, gives warmer tone than 500K.
