This adorable anthropomorphic kitchy kitty cat is 5" tall & 4" wide. He's wearing a black top hat. A huge smile and a bow tie. He has a full head of fluffy white hair and huge eyes &  real whiskers. There is also a bit of fluff on his tail.

He is being sold as is. From the 1950s to '60s. He's in very good vintage condition. However, he does have moderate crazy. He has a chipped left ear that has been repaired and painted in appropriately. His underside is covered in felt. He was made by Ucagco  in  Japan.
