There are many traditional Slavic cookies around the world, but no better cookies than Oreshki style cookies. Oreshki are walnut-shape cookies, made by cooking them in a special skillet. The crisp, golden exterior of the cookies hold a very creamy, caramelly filling made with dulce de leche (condensed milk) that is a real treat!

On offer here is a Soviet-era 8 piece cookie mold for making Russian sweet cookies. There are different shapes, 2 corn, two walnuts, 2 mushrooms, and 2 flowers. Makes a great gift! Very easy to use, just put in the dough, close it, stick it in the oven, unscrew the handles and wait. Once baked, screw the handles back in and let cool.

This is a product that will become a happy addition to your kitchen. The cookie was also popular in other eastern European countries. In Romania, people call it "nuci" and it's made with chocolate filling. In Georgia, they were available in every bakery, and in Ukraine, they are still children's favorite!
