The seal has been split at the end to prove the signed art card is inside as we've had some dishonest ebayers open them and remove the card, then say it wasn't there and returned the item as they only wanted the autograph. Everything is brand new and unplayed, the signed card is mint, the original shrink wrap is still there along with hype sticker and exclusive barcode sticker for the signed editions.
