For products such as XIM and Titan, for which we are the UK distributors, we offer the 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Faulty items discovered after the 30-day cooling-off period and within the manufacturer's warranty period will be repaired or replaced, rather than refunded.
Generally, the buyer is responsible for any return costs. However, at our discretion, we may offer to cover these costs. Enhanced delivery fees, such as express delivery, are non-refundable when no fault is identified.
