Nice looking example, some light old damp staining, early ink name on reverse of title with some slight show-through, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.

Very interesting to note at this early date the prominence assigned in capital letters to the scenic White Mountains region of northern NH. Note the shape of Lake Winnipesaukee.
