Measurements: Top to Bottom - 7 1/2",  Pit to Pit 4 1/2", Waist - 3 3/4" Wide, Waist to bottom 3 3/4"

Dress is pink, white, and black striped with ruffled sleeves and tie in the back. The elastic has been replaced on pants but they're still loose and are pinned at the waist.  Dress is very clean and in great shape with a small amount of yellowing on trim.  No significant spots or stains.
