Lot of new unwashed mostly modern quality cotton fabric lot. This is a mix of yardage that's 44" wide, fat quarters and cuts. The whole lot is approx. 5 yards of fabric but please see the approx. measurements below. The yardage designs are shown in the first photo. I added a purple paisley fat quarter shown in photo 8. And I added cuts that came from a quilt kit in photo 7.  Free of stains, holes and odors. Part of a wonderful collection of vintage fabrics from a clean quilter's estate where all the fabric was stored in plastic tubs and now on consignment.  From non smoking home stored in plastic.
