All noted flaws: no glass over clock face, paint finish has chips, cracks, peels, scratches, eagle has missing paint spots and is flaking, clock isnt telling time and I am unable to figure out how to make it work aside from the hourly chime. The back label is partially torn off. Photo frame has a small chipped piece on the inside.
