Introducing LIMITED RELEASE EclipseTM Nocturnal,
hailing from Languedoc France. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
and Cinsault harvested under the moonlit sky to create a captivating
palate of plum, black raspberry and woodsmoke. Grapes harvested at night
when they are cool result in higher quality juice with more stable
sugar levels and better acidity. And of course, higher quality juice at
the start means you get a better finished wine. A limited quantity of
juice was secured, don’t miss out on this exceptional limited release!

Ingredients only. Requires food grade fermentor of at least 30 Liters (8 Gal), 23 Liter (6 Gal) plastic or glass secondary fermentor (carboy) with with bung and airlock, syphon rod with sufficient tubing, hydrometer with test jar, thermometer & mixing spoon. Makes 30 750 ml (25.4 oz) bottles (not included).
