THIS CLUB MEASURES 40.5 INCHES. IT COMES WITH A NIKE VRS COVERT COVER.  Conditions are subjective and vary from club to club and from fair to excellent. They are in various conditions and some sets have had an iron replaced that will generally match the set but may have a different grip. I try and point most of this out.
