We accept returns on new/unopened/unused items that are in the original condition within 30 days of transaction date. We are only able to accept returns on used inventory items in certain circumstances. For example, if an item arrives damaged or doesn’t function when the description stated otherwise. Fortunately, we have not had to deal with such an issue but understand every circumstance is different and we want to communicate effectively through any problem that may arise to make sure it is corrected.
