Lead Ball Screw Support Block, 1/2” Bore Triple Bearing, 500 Lb Thrust, CNC Mill

Steel block assembly with triple bearings for the ultimate small format thrust bearing block. You can use an adapter for the 1/2” bore or as my last picture shows a 1/2-10 acme lead screw can be jammed with nuts to set the preload. This was designed and built by Pulsed Motion using Solidworks.

You will receive the bearing block assembly and 4-qty #10 screws as shown.

The bearings ship dry and will need lubrication for long lasting service. Once lubed up you can preload the needle thrust bearings quite a bit.

The block measures 2” wide x 1.26” tall and .625” thick and is made of steel.

There are 4 mounting holes for #10 screws and are spaced apart .875” x 1.625”.

The bearing block utilizes two needle roller thrust bearings and one radial ball bearing.

Perfect for cnc routers lathes mini mill milling machines and more. Can be used for custom equipment as well. These can be used with DC stepper motors including the hybrid ones. Also good for servo motors including AC and DC style.
