Broken hinges that attach to the ship are missing and need to be refurbished and or altered to make it fit.

We are committed to working with you to troubleshoot the problem, negotiate a partial refund, or arrange a replacement for any items damaged during shipping. If the issue cannot be resolved, we gladly accept 30-day free returns.

Eligible Returns:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• New Items: Must be returned unopened, in their original factory sealing/tape, or with all tags attached, as applicable.
• Used Items: Must be returned in a similar condition to when sold, with matching serial/model numbers where applicable.

• Missing parts or pieces
• Arrived damaged

Free Returns are NOT Available for the Following Reasons:

If a return is initiated for any of the reasons below, the delivery shipping cost (even if the item was listed with ?free shipping?) and the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund:

• Doesn't fit
• Changed my mind
• Found a better price
• Just didn't like it
• Ordered by mistake
• Doesn't seem authentic (Note: If you can provide sufficient evidence or argument that the item is indeed inauthentic, we WILL provide free returns. This must be based on more than a hunch or feeling.)
