A Carl Zeiss prime lens in good optical and physical condition. Sadly the mechanical condition is let down by slow diaphragm blades which operate slowly. If the lens is used on an adaptor on a mirrorless camera, this should not make too much of a difference.
Because of the issue with the blades I will describe it as being ‘for parts or not working’. It would benefit from being stripped down and having the blades cleaned.
This lens was made in West Germany.

Possibly some oil on blades, causing:
Diaphragm operating very slowly
Filter ring not damaged
