Notes: These parts are not all working correctly. The power supply and cables are fine. The lamp modules are not. In one, three of the LED elements don't light up. In the other, one element does not illuminate and the intensity of the rest is not even. We are not sure why. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
