Children having a Birthday Party, all dressed up in casual clothing, ribbon all over the table in red, yellow, green blue, also hanging down from the Party hats on the children's hats on their heads. they all seem to be having a great time except one, the little girl in the purple dress, does not seem to be enjoying. the little girl in the pink dress is blowing out the candles on the Birthday cake. the background of the Collector Plate is a Peachy pink color, and all the colors are very bright throughout the Plate.
