This beautiful bowl has been sitting in my garage for a few years maybe six or seven. I bought it at an auction with some other bowls that have since been sold and for some reason this one has never sold. It measures 9 in across the top and is 5 in deep. There's a picture of a defect that I think took place in the manufacturing process. It looks like they tried to cover up a spider crack because it doesn't go through all the way and it's really hard to see. I even had trouble getting a picture of it. The picture close up of the outside of the bowl is exactly where the defect is on the inside of the bowl to show you that it does not go through.The bowl is beautiful it would make a beautiful display piece or can be used for making a special cake for someone special. I'm not a bit concerned about shipping it for fear that it would crack because it's a very solid piece and when you tap on it it sounds very solid but I will price it accordingly. It needs a home.
