Offered here is this Beautiful Antique Solid Wood Free Standing Armoire. The piece is in amazing condition, with very little sign of wear at all. There are a few light surface scratches to the finish from general use, but it has been very well cared for, and is in amazing condition. Unfortunately someone has cut a small hole in the back of the piece, but this could easily be repaired. I am unsure of the exact age or manufacture of the piece. It features a gorgeous crown molding around the top that is finished with an ornately carved pediment at the center for a majestic finished look. The piece also features a carving at the center front bottom, capped with a shell motif at the base of the carving at the top. The armoire has the original metal hanging rod still inside which is most likely made of brass. The armoire has one large drawer at the bottom, and two smaller drawers inside. The smaller drawers inside are missing their pulls, but the pulls on the one large drawer are original. The glass is the doors has a 3/4" bevel around the perimeter. I am unsure of the type of wood that this armoire is made from, but it has a beautiful finish, and has obviously been well cared for. The armoire is 95.5" tall, 59.5" long across the front, and 20" wide front to back. It is an incredible Victorian piece that is in completely usable condition. It will be an amazing, welcome addition to your Victorian Collection!
