Cot with mattress; ready for use. 

This was purchased for a vacation property to have on hand for guests whom may have had babies. 

However there was never a need for it and hence, was never used.  

Kept in travel tote and the playpen cot is in fresh, pristine condition. 

Tote has minor marks from storage.
