McCormick Gourmet Turkish Bay Leaves - 2.Oz. BAY LEAF MASHED POTATOES

Bring 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and quartered, 2 Turkish Bay Leaves and water to cover to boil in medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan. Remove bay leaves. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. Ground White Pepper. Mash with potato masher, gradually adding 2/3 cup hot milk, then 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cut into chunks. Makes 8 servings.
