Material: Flat sheet, .08" white acrylic, smooth on one side, slight texture on the other. 

Ridgid acrylic does not stretch but does bend slightly. 

Your flange/trim width will be only HALF of the difference between the OD and ID. Example: OD of 8" and ID of 5" will only give you a 1-1/2" wide flange/trim and not 3". See more pictures for a detailed explanation of this.
