Condition:

When the motorcycle is wound, it will function as expected when not upright. When the motorcycle is upright on a flat surface to move forward, it does not seem to have enough power to be able to do so.

The bottom plate that covers the winding mechanism is no longer secured but it is included

This item is intended as a collectible and not for young kids.
