Product Overview:
Brass Siphon Air Atomizing Fuel Oil Burner Nozzle is a low pressure can spray atomization of the best at low pressure air atomizing nozzle. Widely used in diesel, heavy oil, waste oil, animal and vegetable oils, alcohol-based fuel burner system, and for kerosene, oil atomization.

Product Characteristics:
·  The use of compressed air to swirl inside the tubes and mix the atomized droplets impact.
·  Can produce tiny micro particle size mist particles at low pressure and low volume conditions.
·  Can control the air flow and pressure to adjust the spray flow, angle and size granularity.
·  Since the fluid passage of nozzle is large, it have a good anti-clogging effect.
·  In the heavy oil, waste oil burner, oil and other application viscosity of the liquid atomization effect is very good.
·  The working pressure range is 0-10/kg/cm2, different flow capacity needs different filter screen

Flow capacity range is 1.5-1.7 L/h, needs a 45um oil filter screen
Flow capacity range is 1.89-3.78 L/h, needs a 75um oil filter screen
Flow capacity range is 4.76-5.10 L/h, needs a 125um oil filter screen
Flow capacity range is 5.68-41.64 L/h, needs a 140um oil filter screen
Flow capacity over 45.42L/h, no need for oil filter screen

Working pressure is 3 bar:
The siphon height is 30cm, and the spray angle is 15-45 degree.
Kindly be noted above data is base on water for reference

Test:
Normally the working pressure is 3 bar, for 1.00mm version, the liquid waste is 10L/H. For 2.0mm version, the liquid waste is 19L/H. For 3.0mm version, the liquid waste is 28L/H. The capacity tolerance is ±10%. The siphon height is 30cm, and the spray angle is 45 degree.

Kindly be noted above data is base on water for reference, if you use other liquid, you can calculate it by the proportion of density.

Installation:
The air compressor should be capable of providing at least 10% more air than the specified values. All fuel and airline connections must be tight. Any leaks, especially in the fuel line, will have an adverse effect on the lift characteristics.

The nozzle will flow in either a horizontal or vertical position. The lift distance for a vertical mounted nozzle is measured from the liquid level to the end (face) of the nozzle. The lift distance for the horizontal mounting is shown in the installation drawing.

If the combustion application does not permit the use of a constant level device, excellent spray characteristics can be obtained using a fuel metering pump and an air compressor. It is also possible to operate the nozzle in a closed pressurized system utilizing air pressure for both lifting and atomizing the fuel.
