THIS KIT WILL FIT MOST OFF ROAD, MOTOCROSS AND ENDURO HUSQVARNA'S DATING FROM 2014-2024. FC FE TE TC FX TX
Rear Sprocket:
Ultralight Rear
Renthal Ultralight™ rear chainwheels are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from 7075 T6 aluminium alloy which is 66% lighter than steel, yet incredibly durable. Their advanced tooth profile, concentricity and accuracy of fit provide maximum power transfer and long-life.
Renthal's combination of a high strength base material and exceptionally hardwearing surface result in significantly increased chainwheel life over other brands.
Front Sprocket:
Renthal off-road front chainwheels are chosen by more factory motocross and supercross teams than any other chainwheel on the market today.
They are CNC machined from a cased hardened and core refined 655M13 nickel chromium steel.
Most models utilize mud grooves which are CNC machined into each tooth on both sides to allow mud to flow away from the key contact points between the chain and the chainwheel. This helps reduce wear and increases the drivetrain lifespan.
Certain models are available in a computer aided Ultralight design to further reduce weight while still maintaining its structural integrity.
Chain:
DID GOLD GB:
D.I.D is the number one motorcycle chain in the world. D.I.D chains are used by factory races teams from all manufacturers in race series everywhere.
- A non O-ring chain with fantastic durability and is extremely light weight!
- D.I.D uses a range of premium materials for their chains. Manufactured Specifically with solid steel rolls and bushings that are high precision cylindrical and precise tolerances which helps to create a lower chain friction and a longer life expectancy.
DID GOLD ERT3:
- The D.I.D ERT3 chain is the most trusted chain in Supercross and motocross racing because of its reputation of meeting the high quality demands that are required when pushing the limits. It was designed with the intention of making a chain that is optimized for the purpose of racing. D.I.D beefed up the ERT3 chain by increasing the pin size by 3 percent to give the chain an average tensile strength of 8,100 pounds. Increasing the strength of the ERT3 chain did not come with a sacrifice of weight, in fact DID was able to shed 5 percent from the previous ERT chain.
- Exclusively designed for motorcycle racing.
- High-performance, lightweight and low friction chain.
- 3 percent bigger pin diameter and 5 percent lighter than former ERT.
- Provides the highest wear resistance, tensile strength and impact resistance.
- Average tensile strength of 8,100 pounds.
- Wear life index: 430.
- Rated for up to a 450cc motocross bike.
- Weight (per 100 links): 2.99 pounds.
- Includes a clip-style master link.
- Notes: ERT2 and ERT3 Connecting Links are not interchangeable. Non-sealed chains require more regular maintenance than sealed (O-ring, X-ring) versions and are mainly recommended for off-road use.
DID VX3 X-RING CHAIN:
D.I.D X-Ring reduces friction by twisting between the side plates instead of being squashed. Normal O-Rings and other makers’ modified O-Rings have squashed points that increase friction. The twisting resilience of the X-Ring’s four sections greatly increases its sealing performance. This keeps the dirt out and the lubrication in much better than any other O-Ring. X-Rings have the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or Non-O-Ring chain
