This is a genuine vintage Telefunken tube with diamond in bottom.  It is well used and just barely tests into the good (green).  Nevertheless will likely perform pretty well as weak Telefunken tubes are known to do.  It is labeled Fisher and has printing 'Made in West Germany'. Accordingly I have listed it a low price.
