This is a gorgeous girl's light-up fairy/princess dress! It is made by Pottery Barn. Originally it came with light-up wings (removable) a crown and a wand. The accessories are NOT included. I have attached in the photos above a set similar to the ones it originally came with so that you can see that they are available on Amazon. Amazon has some really nice light-up wings. crowns and wands. PLEASE NOTE: THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PURCHASE. The skirt lights up with soft LED lights (in the front skirt only). It has generous amounts of tulle and other fabrics for a fuller, more dramatic appearance. It is made of polyester, tulle and chiffon. The tulle in the skirt and sleeves is the very small opening kind that is very soft, not scratchy! It is also hypoallergenic. The bodice is sleeveless but has 2 layers of ruffled tulle to make cute little cap sleeves. The original cost of t his dress is over $100. This could also be perfect for a "Princess" themed birthday party, not just for Halloween.
