I picked this lock up at an estate sale of a gentleman who used to do window and door repair work. This piece is in excellent condition some very minor scuffs from storage, but otherwise intact and fully operational. There is even some grease on some of the internal components when the hook comes out. Please look at the photo carefully and make sure this piece will work for your project before purchasing.
