Nice Vintage Chrome-plated brass wall mount toilet paper holder with original wood roller. It is marked on the wall mounts, the manufacturer is Handy Rings Patented Dec 12, 1933. The chrome finish shows normal ware with scratches and scuffs. Should still be cleaned up to a nice shine.  It does work with modern toilet paper rolls. Overall good Condition.
