Return Policy:

We offer a 30 days Return Policy under the following conditions:

• All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.

• If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.

• A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any visible or functional damages (we consider this as misused or abused merchandise).

• Customer is responsible for all shipping, shipping costs and proof of delivery on all returns. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured. Also, do record your return tracking number so that you can trace its movement accordingly. We are not responsible for returned packages if they get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.

• Important: "Google Account":  Please make sure to remove your Google account from your Smartphone / Tablet before doing a factory reset and returning the phone back to us. If you do not remove your Google account, the phone will be locked to your Google email address and we won't be able to access the device. We reserve the right to decline any return that is accompanied with a Google account, or charge a fee to have the Google account removed by a third party.  

Unless specified in the listing, our phones are international models and cover warranty that is valid only in their country of origin. We advise you to buy a warranty / protection plan from Squaretrade. We are not responsible for Warranty claims.

• Our items might come with an International Charger. A generic North American adapter will be added to your order for free.

Network Compatibility 

Customer is responsible for his own network services as of today or if any changes in the future. Please make sure to check your network compatibility and your network requirements, network bands, 4G LTE, VoLTE, or any other requirements of the network you are using.

We are not responsible in any way if the device is not compatible with your chosen network.

Shipping:

• We ship within 1 business day of cleared payment (not the same day), and only to the address you have provided. 

• Address changes will not be accepted at any time.

• Shipping costs to and from the buyer will be charged should a delivery be refused after the item has been shipped.

• Please note! We use FedEx, DHL or USPS for shipping. We reserve the right to change carriers, without any notice to the buyer, in order to expedite shipping times.

International Shipping / Carrier:

• All international orders will be shipped via FedEX or DHL.

• We use USPS for US Protectorates like Puerto Rico,Guam, MP, etc.

• Extra shipping cost: Some areas overseas or within the US (e.g. Hawaii and Alaska) are more expensive to ship to than other countries. In such cases, we might ask the customer to pay an extra shipping fee. We have the right to cancel the order if the buyer refuses to pay the additional charge.

International Shipping / Customs:

• We do not under-value our merchandise or mark it as a gift on customs forms. This is against the law.

• Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with their country’s Customs regulations with respect to any and all import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying. We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when the item is picked up by the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are non-refundable.

• If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or carrier charges, and the package ends up being returned back to us, we will charge the buyer for any customs fees, plus shipping and handling costs incurred, i.e. buyer will be partially refunded. We do not issue a refund until the  package is delivered back to us and inspected. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no  refund will be issued.
