Switching power supply internal entrance to the filter circuit has L.N to ground capacitors, shell not grounded when the shell voltage is equal to the two capacitors in series on the 220V voltage divider, that is, 110 V. However, due to the value of this capacitance is very small, does not pose a threat to the person. Therefore, when we use the switching power supply should be properly grounded to avoid unnecessary trouble and misunderstanding. There are two ways of grounding, 1: shell directly grounded; 2: the ground symbol on the terminals correctly grounded (Figure dedicated)
