The Chaiman Amber pen was the top of the Montparnasse line when issued in the 80’s and is rare to find.
This is one of the the most beautiful lacquer work made on a pen : amber Chinese lacquer over guilloche (Barleycorn pattern). I made a couple of pictures to show the details of the intricate details of the barrel and cap. Note that the lacquer shows some discoloration on the body. See the pictures. This is still a magnificient writing instument. There is no dent, just a discoloration.
Boxed with papers, with an extra fiber tip refill.
