This is a mouth-blown Seascape glass bowl, designed and blown by the late Anthony Stern and probably dating from the early part of this decade. 

The bowl is in excellent condition for its age.  It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the base consistent with use.  

The bowl is broadly cup-shaped with a short neck.  It measures 13 cm (5.2 inches) in diameter at its widest point.   The bowl is decorated with wave-like lines in blue and white and is 9 cm (3.6 inches) in height.  There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.   The base which sports a rough pontil mark.  Unsignedbut definitely Anthony Stern.  The last image shows a signed vase of his which passed through our hands recently.

Lead glass.  It weighs in at 930 g. (~ 2 lb. 1 oz.).
