1.  Actually everything works right except for the following.

***There is a 3.5 inch crack in the lid as shown in the photos ***

 

** once you place a record or album on the turntable the record spins at the proper speed selected but there is a 'VIBRATION TO THE WHEEL/TURNTABLE THAT CAUSES THE NEEDLE TO NOT PLAY SMOOTHLY CAUSING THE NEEDLE TO SKIP WHEN PLAYING, CAUSING IT TO LOSE CONTACT WITH THE ALBUM AND SOUND HORRIBLE.**

I am no Repair man but seems like the gear or the belt that drives it is having issues.
