Fisher 800-C

Sitting in the closet since the 70s. Tested with speakers for an hour before this listing.

All original brass knob-caps. If you look at other Fisher amps for sale, they will have the $1.00 reproduction knob-caps, which you can easily identify because they're shaped like a frisbee or dining plate, and they're not chamfered deep enough to cover the entire perimeter of the brown bakelite.

Tested with speakers. Audio comes through just fine, loudly, no hum. Tested with AM, FM, and Aux.

All original Fisher branded tubes. Typically European Mullard and/or Telefunken; the 7591's being USA.

All tubes tested GOOD on a Heathkit TT-1A mutual conductance tube tester.

The only service has been to replace the Siemens selenium rectifier and 4 orange drop capacitors near the output tubes.

The On-Off switch does not work. It is permanently On. Someone installed a vtg switch inline with the AC cord. New replacement Fisher switches are available on ebay.

Will remove output tubes and pack separately for shipping and double box and pad with lots of bubble wrap.
