Rest and sleep audio CD by Lynda Hudson

Great audio book that helped mine when they went through a period of being worried at bedtime! :)

Clinical hypnotherapist and former teacher, Lynda Hudson has worked with many children over recent years and has helped them overcome numerous problems such as lack of confidence, anxiety, bedwetting, sleep difficulties and concentration. Her work has been widely featured in the press and she has appeared on both TV and radio.

Lynda uses the power of the child’s imagination through the use of relaxation, metaphorical stories and fantasies where the child is encouraged to mentally act out positive solutions to a problem. It is completely natural and safe and research confirms the success of this approach.

Just play the CD as they go to bed. There are suggestions for relaxing, drifting and dreaming in safety and comfort, and normal household sounds are explained in a comforting way. Your child is encouraged to imagine painting or writing down any unwanted thoughts, folding up the paper and putting it away where worries can’t bother them at all. Children normally find that they drift off to sleep before the end. Listening to the CD should be additional to, and not in place of, any normal bedtime reading or listening.

Lynda Hudson is a leading, highly qualified clinical hypnotherapist who has helped thousands of people to overcome their problems, both in her clinical practice and through her self help CDs.

As a freelance lecturer in hypnosis, she presents master classes for the London College of clinical hypnosis in the use of hypnosis with children. She has written a book on the use of hypnotherapy with children.

Postage -

Postal courier cost includes insurance up to a value of £10

On the whole I use Ebay Packlink courier service as this has proved to be the most reliable and cost effective option.  However, I will always source the cheapest and best option for each item individually.  I post out within 48 hours and delivery times are usually 3-5 working days but times can vary a little with couriers, as we all know and any problems, I will track and chase to the best of my ability :) For larger parcels I tend to use Dpd or Parcelforce.  If you require a fast delivery please let me know and I'll do my best to send it out same day I receive payment and provide a quote for a fast postal service.

Missed delivery - 

Delivery is attempted 3 times before parcels are returned to the sender at a cost of £4.00.  Please note if it is returned to the seller the buyer is responsible for covering this charge and new postage costs to have the parcel redelivered to the buyers address.

Damaged & lost Items -

Couriers are not infallible and very occasionally items are damaged or lost in transit.  If your parcel arrives damaged the courier company will need clear photographs, first of the item in the sealed damaged box and then of the damaged item inside, including all packaging.  I do understand that any damage to a parcel or loss of an item is frustrating and I will do my very best to help resolve the situation. I take photos of all items at the start of their journey showing how well they are packaged at my end to help resolve any claims.  Please note rules state a parcel is not 'lost' until after 14 days (7 days from last tracking update).

I always leave positive feedback when I receive payment (unlike many sellers, who will only leave their buyers positive feedback once they have received their positive feedback!!).  Your buyers feedback is important as that is how we all come to trust in ebay and individual sellers and I appreciate all feedback left.  With this in mind, please note - If you have any issue with your item, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, as any problem can usually be resolved very easily - all it needs is a bit of communication! :) Any questions, just email me and I will try to reply by the end of each day.
